When you find a hiring post or job on LinkedIn, it reads it and your resume, drafts a personalized email to the recruiter, and lets you send it from your own Gmail — all without leaving the page. Direct outreach, instead of vanishing into the Easy Apply pile.
Add DearRecruiter to Chrome, then complete a quick one-time setup: add a few details and your resume, and connect your Gmail. After that you're ready to apply to any hiring post or job in seconds.
Browse LinkedIn as usual. When you open a hiring post or job, click the floating Apply button. DearRecruiter reads it and your resume, drafts a tailored email in the side panel, and once you're happy with it, sends it through your Gmail with your resume attached. If the post includes the recruiter's email it's filled in automatically; for jobs that don't list one, DearRecruiter finds it for you when it can — otherwise you can add it or send the draft as a DM.
If the hiring post lists an email, it's used directly. For LinkedIn Jobs — which rarely show a contact — DearRecruiter identifies the hiring manager, works out the company's email format, and verifies the address before suggesting it. When it's confident, the email is filled in for you; when it can't confirm one, you can add it yourself or send the draft as a LinkedIn DM. It won't work for every company, but you usually end up with a direct line to a real person instead of Easy Apply.
